Floc de Gascogne is the perfect and subtle marriage of know-how and tradition.

On the occasion of the harvest, fresh grape juice and young Armagnac (two-thirds and one-third respectively) are married in a tank which is protected from the air.

The assembly rests until the end of winter.

Later, Floc de Gascogne is still the object of a a lot of care: racking, glueing, filtration, stabilization by the cold... Thus in Spring, the Floc of Gascony is born.
